Serial Numbers Quick Check
This tool is designed to make warranty checking as easy as possible for you. Simply enter the serial number of your device and we will immediately let you know if your device is still under warranty.
The peicom repair and return service
Our service staff will advise you on how you can get your device or accessory working properly again as quickly as possible, or whether it is worthwhile for you to have it repaired*.
Please complete the return document in full and send it to the email address provided. We will get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
*Defective items outside the warranty period as well as damage caused by your own fault are subject to a charge.
We now use radios in every one of our stores and are very happy with them. It saves us from unnecessary walking and makes it super easy for all the staff to exchange information.
When advising clients, it’s a major advantage to be able to access the collective expertise of every colleague quickly and easily via radio.
The radios allow us to communicate properly with one another while also maintaining COVID-19 safe distances. Even in noisy environments (machine noise).
