EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf is behind us – and what a week it was! As one of the exhibitors, we can look back on five intensive days full of inspiring discussions, pioneering technologies and strong partnerships. Our focus this year was clearly on “real” everyday retail life: solutions that not only shine on paper, but also relieve employees and make processes in the store noticeably more efficient.
Technology you can touch: Our highlights on site
At our stand, visitors were able to experience what digital transformation looks like in stores today. The focus was particularly on:
- Intelligent video security and sensor technology: With the video solutions from Avigilon, we showed how intelligent security concepts significantly increase protection in the market. This was complemented by the HALO Smart Sensor from Motorola Solutions, which provides security where privacy counts (e.g. detection of smoke and steam particles or aggressive speech patterns and calls for help) and thus ensures seamless protection throughout the building.
- Networked communication without borders: With the TLK 25 and the WAVE PTX™ platform from Motorola Solutions, we have shown how your employees can stay connected across locations in real time.
- Our centerpiece peiECO: Our central intelligence, peiECOshowed how smart networking works. peiECO bundles signals such as customer inquiries to service points, technical signals from machines and vending machines from everyday store life and forwards them to employees – moving away from isolated solutions and towards a holistic ecosystem.
- AI in service deployment: Together with Samhammer AG, we presented how AI-assisted service excellence is revolutionizing retail support. While Samhammer’s AI organizes and prioritizes tasks and provides employees with in-depth knowledge directly on the shop floor, peiECO’s peiECO builds the bridge to reality: our platform intelligently integrates physical signals from the store into these digital processes.
- Ergonomics & wearing comfort with Shokz: A decisive factor for the acceptance of new technology in the team is working comfort. With the open-ear technology from Shokz, we have shown how modern communication in retail works today: safely, comfortably and hygienically. As the ear canals remain free, employees retain full situational awareness of customer inquiries and ambient noise despite being permanently connected.
Strong partners, strong solutions
A trade fair appearance of this size is always a team effort. Special thanks therefore go to our partners Motorola Solutions, Avigilon, Samhammer AG, Shokz and Miwe, who presented visionary solutions together with us. Everyday retail life is complex, but our joint task is to make this complexity manageable through smart integration. The response to the interplay of AI, security and efficient communication was overwhelming.
