This year’s EuroShop trade fair in Düsseldorf is the world’s leading trade fair for the retail industry and will open its doors to trade visitors from all over the world from 26.02.2023 to 02.03.2023.
At EuroShop, exhibitors offer their latest innovations, products and forward-looking services for the retail industry. Through a variety of events such as keynote speeches and award ceremonies as well as special areas for start-ups, technological solutions for the topics of stationary retail, e-commerce, sales promotion and advertising materials will be presented at the EuroShop trade fair.
As an exhibitor, we are very much looking forward to presenting our innovative communication solution peiECO for the first time at the EuroShop trade fair:
peiECO is an intelligent communication solution, which connects the most different signals in your store with your employees. Signals can be issued by machines using peiSUPPLY – for example, a full message from the deposit machine or a malfunction of the baking oven. For your employees on the shop floor, a voice announcement is sent ad hoc to the headset or a text message is sent to the smartphone so that they can react immediately. In addition, cameras can also be connected, for example.
Furthermore, with peiPRESS you have the possibility to integrate buttons for your customers into the communication. At the push of a button, your employees are informed that a customer needs their support – thus ensuring fast and direct communication without detours and waiting times. In the case of a customer pressing a button, for example, the use case looks like this: The customer presses the button and is shown an illuminated LED as well as an individually defined voice message via the loudspeaker in the button: “An employee is on his way to you”. At the same time, a message sounds on the employee’s headset or smartphone: “Advice needed on wood cutting”. If now no employee comes, the message can be repeated. In the future, this will also make it possible to track which button is pressed how often and how quickly your employees were on site.
The integration of our peiECO system into your store optimizes the customer-oriented purchase consultation enormously, accelerates the communication within your team and tasks are distributed more demand-oriented. In addition, you can increase the safety of your employees.
