How the solution has developed & what the future will bring

When we launched peiECO, we asked ourselves a simple but crucial question: How can signals from everyday store life reach the places where they really help?

2025 has shown: A solution has emerged from this question that has grown far beyond its original approach.

From individual impulse to networked system

In the initial phase, peiECO’s focus was clearly on forwarding individual signals, for example from machines, vending machines or defined areas in the store. The aim was to provide employees with targeted information without placing an additional burden on them.

With increasing use, it quickly became clear that the real added value lies not in the individual signal, but in the interplay of many pieces of information. Today, peiECO is no longer an isolated tool, but part of a networked communication and process concept. Signals are not only triggered, but also integrated into existing processes.

What has actually changed in 2025

Over the past year, we have continued to develop peiECO in a targeted manner, not as a technical gimmick, but based on the real everyday lives of our customers. The focus was on the following aspects:

  1. Integration instead of a stand-alone solution: peiECO is easier to integrate into existing communication and IT structures. The aim is to complement existing systems in a meaningful way.
  2. More clarity in everyday life: peiECO helps you to classify situations more quickly and react in a targeted manner.
  3. Scalability for different requirements: No two stores are the same. Accordingly, peiECO can be integrated into different store sizes, processes and organizational forms.

A look ahead: where peiECO is heading

The further development of peiECO follows a clear guideline: real solutions for realistic everyday retail life. peiECO should therefore not be a simple product, but a solution that supports processes and people.

Our conclusion

2025 was not a year of big promises for peiECO, but one of consistent further development. This will remain our aspiration in the future: Not to think theoretically, but to act practically.
