Conditions of participation for the peicom GmbH competition
as part of the EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf

2. participation
Participation in the competition is possible by providing complete and truthful contact details on the entry form at the peicom GmbH stand during EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf.
By submitting the form, the participant automatically takes part in the competition.
Participation is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of goods or services.
3. eligibility to participate
Only natural persons are eligible to participate,
who have reached the age of 18 and
who are present at EuroShop 2026 as visitors or participants.
Employees of peicom GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. participation period
The competition starts on 22.02.2026 and ends on 26.02.2026.
entries outside this period will not be considered.
5. profit
The prize draw is:

A cash payment, change, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.
6. determination of winners and notification
The winners will be chosen at random at the end of the entry period.
Notification will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.
7 Data protection
7.1 Processing for the implementation of the competition
To participate, you must provide personal data (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, telephone number).
The processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the competition in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
7.2 Processing for advertising purposes
If the participant has expressly consented, the contact data provided will also be used for peicom GmbH’s own marketing purposes (e.g. information on products, services, events by e-mail).
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by sending an e-mail to info@peicom.com.
7.3 Storage period
The data will be deleted after the end of the competition, provided there are no statutory retention obligations or further consent has been given.

8. liability
peicom GmbH shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not affect liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health.
9. premature termination
peicom GmbH reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the competition for important reasons at any time without prior notice.
10. legal process
Legal recourse is excluded.
