b. Legal basis for data processing
The processing of your personal data as part of the application process is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (establishment and performance of a contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communication and processing of the application).
Any further processing of applicant data will only take place on the basis of an explicit declaration of consent. This is particularly the case if we are unable to offer you a current vacancy in the company, but we consider your application to be suitable for future positions. c. Information on shared responsibility
If you apply to peiker Holding GmbH and give your consent for inclusion in the applicant pool, we will also check whether you are suitable for another position with us or another of the above-mentioned Peiker family companies in accordance with your consent and contact you accordingly if necessary. Only in this case and if the application also relates to other companies of the Peiker family or is kept open for this purpose will the processing be carried out as joint controllers.
